Shields Facilities Maintenance, LLC, is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking highly-motivated applicants for an Account Manager position within the facility maintenance industry. This full-time position has the potential to offer immediate hire to the right individual and offers a competitive salary with benefits.

SFM is a national facility management company that specializes in multi-location accounts and national retailers. We provide our clients with a variety of facility management services, encompassing both interior and exterior aspects of the property. This can range from floor/carpet care and janitorial services to landscaping and snow removal.

The Account Manager will be responsible for the complete management of a specific customer(s), from sourcing of vendors and insurance certification, to tracking work at customer locations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing qualified and cost competitive vendors who meet all compliance standards and manage contracts with these vendors.
  • Ensuring compliance on an ongoing basis consistent with company and customer requirements.
  • Tracking all open tasks and jobs to ensure they are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Providing appropriate documentation, consistent with the scope of work and customer expectations.
  • Preparing relevant documentation for invoicing and manage any invoicing disputes.
  • Communicating with clients to ensure account satisfaction.
  • Additionally, we are seeking someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Excel, and Word with a strong emphasis on Excel).

The selected candidate will have the ability to work out of our main office in Moorestown, NJ, or our regional office in Conshohocken, PA.  Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
